Pumpkin Spice Baked Oatmeal - Food Eli 4 Saadah

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:

    3 cups antique formed rolled oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice or flooring cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup dried cranberries

Wet ingredients:

    2 eggs calmly beaten
    2 cups milk
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons melted butter or melted coconut oil

Topping:
    2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or flooring cinnamon

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 2 ½ quart baking dish.
    Combine all dry meals and vicinity within the ready baking dish.
    Whisk the rainy meals and pour over the oat mixture. Gently shake the baking dish again and forth from part to part to enable the rainy combination to get down into the oats.
    In a separate bowl, combine all topping meals till the pecans are appropriately coated in brown sugar. Scatter the topping combination over the ideal of the oats.
    Bake exposed for about 35-40 minutes, till oats are smooth and the combination is set.
    Serve at this time with a touch of milk, or cool, then hide and refrigerate to reheat later.

Recipe Notes
