Baked Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas

This is my favourite quesadilla recipe. These are crispy, delicious, and chock filled with nutrition. And baking those quesadillas permits you to make many at once, so that you'll be able to feed your hungry household quick and easily!

We are vast followers of quesadillas for dinner. We like them even higher than tacos! Most of the time I want to stuff them with cheese and veggies, and many times even chicken. I simply love how flexible they are!

I discover that quesadillas are a preferrred solution to sneak a few more veggies into the kids. It’s now not that they don’t recognise the veggies are in there, but in some way they simply don’t appear to mind. I actually have used zucchini, bell peppers, chopped broccoli, and asparagus, to identify a few!

Ingredients

4 tortillas (8 inch)
