Peanut #Butter #Power #Granola

Who says you can't have granola on a low carb diet? This grain-free Peanut Butter Power Granola is sure to satisfy that craving for cereal! Now updated with a how-to video.
 

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free

  • 1/3 cup Vanilla whey protein powder or collagen protein powder
Condiments
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter
Baking & Spices
  • 1 cup Coconut or almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
Dairy
  • 1/4 cup Butter
Liquids
  • 1/4 cup Water
