Lemon #Tart

This traditional French lemon tart recipe has been a favorite in my family for years! It's made of a classic sweet tart crust and a creamy, dreamy lemon curd filling.
 
Ingredients
Vegetarian
∙ Makes 9 inch tart
Produce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon, zest
Refrigerated
  • 2 Eggs plus 2 egg yolks, large
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Baking & Spices
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Fully baked tart crust
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
