Better #Than #Take-Out #Fried #Rice

We love fried rice! This is a quick and easy version that I believe comes from Pampered Chef.

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
∙ Serves 5-6
Produce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen
  • 1 White onion
Refrigerated
  • 2 Eggs
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 4 cup Rice, prepared
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
