Baked #Popcorn #Chicken

A healthier alternative to the deep-fried version with the best crispy potato chip crust!! No one will believe that this is baked!

Ingredients
Gluten free

Meat
  • 1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless skinless
Produce
  • 1 tsp Basil, dried
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Snacks
  • 3 cups Sour cream and onion kettle brand potato chips
Dairy
  • 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 2 cups Buttermilk, low-fat
