I must be munching on a few bacon wrapped tater tots…

Maybe a few of this red meat queso dip…

Or this spinach and artichoke dip pizza.

But, I’ll be good.

At least for now.

But basically simply due to the fact I’ll be inhaling all the above tomorrow.

So I’ll be prepped for the week forward with my Greek yogurt tuna salad.

It has everything you desire in a single convenient, moveable box.

Cucumber slices, apple slices, a difficult boiled egg and a few almonds.

Keeping you complete and wholesome during the afternoon.

TUNA SALAD MEAL PREP
Hearty, wholesome and pale snack packing containers for the whole week! With do-it-yourself Greek yogurt tuna salad, egg, almonds, cucumber and apple!

INGREDIENTS:
2 (5-ounce) cans tuna in water, tired and flaked
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon candy pickle relish, optional
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more, to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to taste
2 huge eggs
4 Bibb lettuce leaves
1/2 cup uncooked almonds
1 cucumber, sliced
1 Braeburn apple, sliced


DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, Dijon, relish, lemon juice and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place eggs in a huge saucepan and conceal with chilly water via 1 inch. Bring to a boil and prepare dinner for 1 minute. Cover eggs with a tight-fitting lid and take away from heat; set apart for 8-10 minutes. Drain nicely and allow cool earlier than peeling and halving.
Place lettuce leaves into meal prep containers. Top with tuna mixture, eggs, almonds, cucumber and apple.
