I were into one-bowl food currently (ones that I could make forward of time are the best) and those candy chili hen buddha bowls are a huge option! Really the recommendations are countless the place you bounce with a base comparable to quinoa, rice, noodles, etc, upload a protein comparable to chicken, beef, tofu, beans, upload a few veggies and/or fruits, a dressing and optionally available garnishes comparable to herbs, nuts, cheese, etc. and you've got a tasty meal all in a single bowl! For those candy chili hen bowls I even have a base of quinoa to which I upload massaged kale, beans sprouts, carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, pineapple and hen with candy chili dressing! Yum! That candy chili dressing is going so magically nicely with the juicy pineapple and bell peppers creating an wonderful meal it is light, wholesome and satisfying!

ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1 3/4 cups water (or coconut milk)
3 cups (packed) kale, massaged
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup carrot, shredded
2 cups pineapple, sliced
1 cup red pepper, sliced
1 cup red cabbage, sliced
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
1 cup candy chili dressing
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup inexperienced onions, sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
directions
Bring the water and quinoa to a boil, scale back the warmth and simmer, covered, till the quinoa is gentle and has absorbed the water, about 15-20 minutes, take away from warmth and permit sit for 5 minutes, covered, earlier than letting cool.
