Whenever I get barely lazy to make breakfast or if I recognize I’m going to have a busy week forward of me, I whip up those guys. These wholesome no-bake cookies are gluten-free, refined-sugar free, dairy loose and oh so delicious!
I devour 2 or three of them for breakfast (okay, in many instances it’s 4) and I all of the time love snacking on them whilst I get that mid-afternoon dip. They are choked with protein so they actually preserve you feeling complete and powered up.
The factor I love most about those breakfast cookies (other than the reality that they merely take 5 minutes to make) is that you'll be able to switch them up all of the time! Sometimes I upload merely chocolate chips to them (I love darkish chocolate chips). Other occasions I upload a few chopped almonds or a few pecans. The mix-in recommendations are infinite – attempt including in pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, flaxseeds…you identify it!
