CREAMY SPINACH TORTELLINI

This 5-ingredient Creamy Spinach Tortellini makes a quickly and attractive dinner that each one of the household will love!

I love cooking with tortellini. I used to make tortellini myself (thank you, mom, for educating me!), but I even have needed to make use of store-bought for the previous couple of years. It saves a ton of time, plus, the store-bought tortellini tastes vast as well! I pretty just like the Three Cheese Tortellini via Buitoni, so that’s what I used on this recipe. You can discover this in Walmart and much of different big supermarkets.

Ingredients

    20 oz. Three Cheese Tortellini (or your favourite kind)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 cup fowl or vegetable stock
    6 cups loosely packed child spinach leaves
    1 cup Colby Jack or mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Start via cooking the tortellini according to bundle instructions.
    Meanwhile, in a large, oven evidence skillet, simmer the cream cheese with fowl broth for about 10 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 400F.
    Add spinach to the cream cheese sauce and simmer for one other 5 minutes.
    Add tortellini, blend everything properly and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
    Place the skillet within the oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes, till the cheese melts.
