Baked Eggs with Creamed Spinach

Baked eggs with creamed spinach is a fun approach to take pleasure in breakfast or brunch! Ingredients

    6 cups contemporary child spinach
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

    selfmade croutons or bread crumbs, for garnish

Instructions
