Paleo #Raspberry #Crumb #Bars

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free, Paleo

Produce
  • 1 pinch Lemon, zest
  • 2 cups Raspberries, frozen
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Honey* or maple syrup, raw
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
  • 2 cups Almond flour or almond meal
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Walnuts or almonds
Liquids
  • 1 tbsp Water
