Allow to cool for just several minutes then slice in half. With a tsp/knife, scoop the bulk of the potato out, leaving a skinny outer layer to hold the skins sturdy. Combine the scooped out filling together with your bacon, cheese, cream, butter, garlic powder and seasoning to taste.
Scoop 1 tsp of combination again into every boat and vicinity again on an oven tray. Pop them beneath the grill and broil for just several minutes till golden and crispy.
