Ingredients (makes 6 servings)

    450 g cooked shredded chicken, ideally thighs (1 lb) - rotisserie hen works great
    1/2 cup full-fat cream cheese (120 g/ 4.2 oz)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113 g/ four oz)
    6 big eggs
    1 big cauliflower, riced ( 680 g/ 1.5 lb) - you may use frozen cauliflower rice
    2 tsp garlic salt (or use 1 tsp sea salt + 1 tsp garlic powder)
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp dried chives
    2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 cup buffalo sauce (120 ml/ four fl oz) - you may use our do-it-yourself Fermented Sriracha

Toppings:

    1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (68 g/ 2.4 oz)
    3 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced (45 g/ 1.6 oz)
    1/4 cup minced red onion (40 g/ 1.4 oz)

Instructions
