Secure the lid. Make certain valve is on “sealing.” Set the timer at the guide role to 18 minutes (for hen thighs) and 15 minutes (for hen breasts). When the timer beeps allow the power launch naturally for 10 minutes after which take away the relaxation of the power by shifting the valve to “venting.”
Open the Instant Pot and take away the hen to a reducing board. Shred or cut the hen into pieces.
In a small bowl stir collectively the cornstarch and water. Stir the cornstarch slurry into the Instant Pot. Turn the Instant Pot to “saute” and allow the sauce thicken. As the sauce is thickening stir within the frozen vegetables. When sauce is thickened and vegetables are warmed via stir the hen again into the Instant Pot.

NOTES
You can blend and match the starch and the vegetables. For example, I served the hen and broccoli over brown rice but you'll be able to serve it over white rice or quinoa instead. I used a package deal deal of frozen broccoli but I was considering how delicious a bag of stir fry vegetables would style with this. You might also attempt plain peas or cauliflower or no matter you love as well.
