Cheater #Pho #(Asian #Noodle #Soup)

With this simplified version, you can have homemade pho on your table in 30 min or less. It doesn’t get any easier!
 

Ingredients
Gluten free
∙ Serves 4
Meat
  • 1 lb Chicken thighs, boneless skinless
Produce
  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 2 Limes
  • 1/2 cup Mint, fresh leaves
  • 1 Onion
Canned Goods
  • 6 cups Chicken stock
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 8 oz Rice noodles, dried
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
